Training methodology

The sessions have been designed with a focus on player development, allowing for short-term knowledge acquisition. Our goal is to offer quality training through exercises tailored to each player's performance and level, taking into account the level of difficulty they can handle. The coach will always be available to ensure the player understands the exercises and objectives of each session. As we progress, we will introduce technical, tactical, and cognitive elements to foster player development, providing them with tools they can apply within their team without conflict.
