METHODOLOGY OF
TRAINING
The sessions have been designed with the focus on the player's evolution, allowing him/her to acquire knowledge in the short term. Our goal is to offer quality work, through exercises adapted to the performance and level of each player, considering the degree of difficulty that the player can assume.
The coach will always be available to ensure that the player understands the exercises and objectives of each session. As we progress, we will introduce technical, tactical and cognitive elements to encourage the player's evolution, giving him tools that he will be able to apply in his team without conflict.
